Hanna Somatics helps you identify and resolve dysfunctional movement patterns that your brain has adopted over time—patterns you might not even be aware of.
Nervous System Reset: This series of classes is specifically designed to soothe the sympathetic nervous system (your “fight or flight” response). If you struggle with anxiety or high stress, these movements provide a deep sense of calm.

What is somatics and how can it help you to help yourself
Why rely on other people to fix you from the outside when you are the only person in the world who knows what it feels like be you living in your aware, alive , awake, thinking, breathing conscious body or Soma.
Stress, tension, emotional & physical trauma, accidents, one sided sports and postural habits can all cause our muscles to contract down specific pathways of the body.
Thomas Hanna called these pathways the Primal Reflexes - Red, Green and Trauma reflexes.
