Hello,
Apologies the previous email I send stated Saturday, but the workshop is actually on Sunday 6th April.
β I'm excited to invite you to a Somatic Movement Workshop focusing on freedom of movement in your hips, pelvis and the mighty psoas muscle. This workshop will introduce you to the principles of somatic movement, a gentle and mindful approach to body awareness and self-care & self healing.
The Slowlane is the new Fastlane... Somatics is slow which is exactly what we need to regain a conscious dialogue directly with our nervous systems.
Through a series of simple exercises we'll explore how to:β Reduce stress and anxiety and muscle tension. Improve flexibility and mobility Enhance body awareness and coordination Cultivate mindfulness and inner peace
Special focus on finding freedom in your Hips, Pelvis, Psoas muscle and so much more β Itβs very gentle and is suitable for anyone no matter what their fitness level or age. I look forward to sharing this experience with you!
